How to Choose the Right Generator for Your Home
A home electric generator provides the required electricity to keep essential electrical equipment—such as lights, heaters, fans and refrigerators working during power outages. Also if you live in a region or area where power outages are frequent or if you have very important equipment in your home, like a medical apparatus, it is recommended that you own a generator as an emergency backup. There are two types of generators you ought to purchase, these are Standby generators and portable generators. However, there is a significant difference between the two generators especially its price range, so it is important to understand the differences before deciding which is right for you.
Our website features both standby and portable generators:

As one commenter noted, perfect. This generator truly is that. Quiet, lightweight, good, clean power and one easy pull on the rope starts it. I regularly run a full-size GErefrigerator, some lights, TV and a microwave with it. It runs just shy of 10 hours on the 1.5 gallon tank. I did overflow the gas tank when filling th first time (hard to see), but with anything there are idiosyncracies. It *is* a bit pricey but it is DEFINITELY worth it.

2.) HONDA EU2000i Companion Inverter Generator, 1600W
We bought this companion generator to go along with our other 2000iA for the purpose of firing up the A/C in our trailer when we were camping in a no hook-up site and the temps were above 100. We used the parallel kit and had no problems. Even with the two generators going we still did not have to raise our voices to be heard when we were outside. We asked our neighbors if the noise bothered them and they said while they could hear it, it wasnt bothersome.
